Built in 1870, the Chelsea House has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The two story Main Mansion with its hardwood floors, 14' high ceilings, tongue and groove wood walls, antiques and its many porches and balconies will transport you back to the old days of gracious tropical living in Key West. Red Rooster

Sister property to the Chlesea House, the Red Rooster is a showcase of architectural splendor, the Red Rooster captures the essence of history in Key West. Built as a private home in 1905, it later offered modest rooms and apartments for the Coast Guard and Navy. During the 1970's and 80's, the Rooster became a place where visitors could find a clean room at an affordable price. Writers, musicians and artists would call it home adding to Key West's colorful reputation.

Simonton Court

Enter the serene setting of Simonton Court Historic Inn & Cottages and you'll be greeted by fragrant tropical flowers blooming beneath gently swaying palms. The Inn was once a cigar factory where craftsmen hand rolled some of the world's most famous cigars.
